What’s included, how connections work and what to know before making a system your own.
What am I getting?
An editable Notion operating system for your own workspace. Each product includes its connected structure and setup guidance. AI subscriptions and third-party services are separate.
Does buying a system connect my AI assistant?
No. You duplicate the system into your Notion workspace, then authorize your own compatible connection. Available actions depend on your assistant, plan, workspace permissions and connector.
Can my assistant create and update records?
A compatible connection with write actions can create or update supported records. We tested ADHD task creation and completion in an isolated copy using the connected Notion tools available in our setup. Other product examples are based on inspected schemas and still need testing in your own copy.
Can I use the system without AI?
Yes. Native Notion databases and views remain the core workflow. AI assistance is optional; capture and update records directly in Notion whenever you prefer.
Will this work with a free Notion account?
Core pages and databases use native Notion features. Plan limits may affect charts, AI and connectors. Records views provide an alternative to limited charts. Final buyer duplication on every plan is not yet certified.
Is this a subscription?
Each system has a one-time price in USD. Notion, optional AI assistants and third-party widgets may require separate accounts or subscriptions. Review taxes and the final total in Gumroad before paying.
Are widgets connected to my databases?
No. Embedded widgets and Notion records are separate. A duplicated embed does not transfer widget ownership. Follow the template’s “Make these widgets yours” instructions for your own instance.
Can I purchase today?
Use Buy on Gumroad to open checkout for your chosen system. These are digital downloads delivered through Gumroad. Review the product, price, refund policy and license before paying.
Can I share or resell the system?
You may duplicate and adapt the system for your own personal or internal business work. Resale and redistribution are not included. Contact support@launchist.store before team or client distribution and review the Digital Product License.
What if I need help?
Start with the setup guide and troubleshooting steps. Email support@launchist.store with your product name, Gumroad order reference and the failed step for purchase or access help. Do not send passwords or private workspace records.
