These terms describe the Launchist storefront and digital Notion operating systems offered through Gumroad.

Products, price and delivery
Products are digital downloads, not physical goods. Storefront prices are one-time prices in USD. Review the selected product, taxes, final total and applicable terms in Gumroad before paying. Gumroad handles checkout, receipts and access to purchased materials. Keep your receipt and contact support@launchist.store for missing or inaccessible delivery.
Requirements and separate costs
A Notion account is required to duplicate and use the systems. Optional AI assistants and third-party widgets may require separate accounts or subscriptions. A purchase does not connect an assistant or include third-party subscriptions. Supported actions depend on your provider, plan and permissions. Review requirements before purchase.
License and refunds
Use is subject to the Digital Product License at launchist.store/licensing. Refund requests follow launchist.store/refunds, Gumroad's applicable terms and mandatory consumer rights. Change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after digital delivery; defective, missing or inaccessible products are reviewed.
Examples and responsible use
Screenshots may contain example records. Demonstrations and untested AI examples are labeled. Systems do not guarantee productivity, health, revenue or compliance outcomes. Review records, dates, finance and AI actions. Planning tools do not replace medical care, professional advice, brokerage compliance or legal deadline checks.
Third-party platforms
Launchist is independent of Notion, OpenAI and Anthropic; no partnership or endorsement is claimed. Third-party functionality and plans may change. You control access to your workspace and remain responsible for your data and authorized connections.
