Launchist products are digital downloads delivered through Gumroad. Review the product description, requirements and license before buying.

Change of mind after delivery
Because digital products can be accessed and copied after delivery, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once digital delivery has occurred, except where applicable law or Gumroad's applicable terms require otherwise. This is not a blanket exclusion of consumer rights.
Defective, missing or inaccessible products
If the product is defective, delivery is missing or you cannot access purchased materials, email support@launchist.store. We review the issue and available remedies, including restoring access, correcting a defect or a refund where appropriate or required. Do not purchase again to resolve missing delivery.
How to request help
Include the product name, Gumroad order reference, purchase date, issue description and a redacted screenshot if useful. Do not include passwords, tokens, full payment details or private records. You can also use the creator contact on your Gumroad receipt. No guaranteed response time or arbitrary refund deadline is stated.
Mandatory rights
Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty or undelivered digital content, remain unaffected. We do not assume delivery alone waives a legal withdrawal right. Applicable law and Gumroad's terms take precedence where they require additional rights or remedies.
